Keplar sets up back-office systems for small businesses. This page explains what we collect through keplar.ca and the tools we run, what we use it for, and how to have it removed. Questions go to info@keplar.ca.

When you request a free review

The review form on keplar.ca asks for:

Submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are sent to us by email. We use them to reply to you and arrange the review. We do not sell them or share them with anyone else for their own use.

If you then pick a time on the booking calendar, the booking is handled by Cal.com. Your name, email, the answers you gave and, if you came from one of our Google ads, the ad click ID are passed to it so you do not have to type them again. The booking is added to our calendar.

Analytics and advertising

keplar.ca uses Google Analytics to count visits and Google Ads conversion tracking to see whether an ad led to a review request. Both use cookies and are provided by Google. You can block them in your browser settings or limit ad personalisation at myadcenter.google.com.

Keplar Ads

Keplar Ads is an internal tool we use to manage Keplar's own Google Ads account, to read Keplar's own Google Analytics and Search Console data, and to post updates to Keplar's own Business Profile. When we sign in with Google, it receives permission for those Keplar accounts and nothing else. It does not access any customer's or visitor's Google account. The sign-in token is stored with Cloudflare, which runs the tool. It is not used for anyone else's data and is not shared. Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
